The Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit affirms the Judgment of the Moscow Arbitration Court and the Ruling of the Ninth Appeal Arbitration Court by which the claim of our client for the recovery of 79.5 million rubles of interest for use of another’s money was satisfied in full. The claimant was represented before the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit by Marina Shuvaeva (Partner).
