The lawyers of the firm in concert with their Greek colleagues have completed the long work on the creation of a legal, corporate and financial structure for implementation of a nearly € 150 million development project on Crete (Greece). The Russian developers and investors were represented by Alexey Gorodissky (Partnenr) and Alexey Petrusha (Associate).
