AGP announces that Dmitri Lubomudrov has been appointed as its Managing Partner.
Dmitri is a seasoned manager and highly skilled professional. During the recent years he has been member of the AGP Board of Partners and leader of its Corporate/M&A group.
Dmitri first set foot on the professional path as intern with AGP in 1994 and over the years moved up through all the career ranks, from junior associate through partner. This experience allowed him to get deep and hands-on knowledge of all business processes and subtleties of doing legal services business.
Thanks to his legal expertise gained over the years of practitioner’s experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Business Finance and Arbitration/Commercial Litigation, Dmitri is rightly seen as one of the best professionals in his area of law. Matters successfully handled by Dmitri include multiple cross-border projects relating to mergers and acquisitions or securities market. Especially notable is his representing clients in parallel international arbitration proceedings at ICAC and the Stockholm Arbitration Court. The team of lawyers headed by Dmitri always succeeded.
Andrey Gorodissky proposed to appoint Dmitri as Managing Partner. Dmitry’s personality and an ace-high reputation he gained at AGP played a big part in such decision.
