On October 23 head of IP Elena Gorodisskaya will speak at the conference “Intellectual Property: Key Changes, Relevant Cases”. Her report will focus on legal disputes over compensation recovery. She will explain whether reduction of compensation amount below the minimum limit set by law is admissible and provide examples of case law to show what missteps may be made by both claimants and respondents in such proceedings.
