“As revealed by the legal cases statistics, payroll disputes are among most frequent employee-employer disputes. The issues relating to determination, documentation and payment of various compensations and incentives are always relevant for both parties of an employment relationship. To avoid any conflicts with employees or controlling authorities, a HRM should have expert understanding of various payments provided for by the Russian Labor Code as well as their purpose, documentation and applicable payment procedures. During the webinar we delved into the diversity of compensatory and incentive payments, rules of determining and payment of bonuses as well as the recent case-law of the RF Constitutional Court and explanations of the RF Labor Ministry of the matters of remuneration for labor” - reported Kristina Timoshenko.
