The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeals dismissed the claimant’s appeal and upheld the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court of June 17, 2010, by which the recovery of 52.686 million rubles from the Firm’s client had been denied. The Firm’s client, a real estate developer, was represented by attorney Marina Shuvaeva.
