Legal Defense: Representation of BMW Russland Trading LLC.

The Khoroshevski District Court of Moscow accepted the argument of BMW RT’s counsel that the claimant had abused his rights and dismissed the consumer claim against BMW RT as the seller. BMW RT was represented by attorney Marina Shuvaeva.
