The Association of Antimonopoly Experts, among whose members is Marina Abramova, AGP partner and head of Antimonopoly Regulation group, has issued together with the Federal Antimonopoly Service the second collected volume “Legal Approaches of Collective Bodies of FAS of Russia”.
The collected volume includes the Explanations of the Presidium of FAS of Russia with regard to application of antimonopoly legislation, Nos. 10-14, issued during the period of August 2-17 through May 2018, and appellate Decisions of the Presidium of FAS of Russia on vital issues of antimonopoly law application, as well as review of practical application of antimonopoly law by the collective bodies of FAS of Russia.
Marina, a co-author of the collected volume, has contributed her comments on the decisions of the Presidium of FAS on illegal concerted activities.
