AGP attorneys Marina Abramova and Kristina Timoshenko defended the employer, a big foreign bank, against claims of its former employees terminated by redundancy in trial and appellate courts. The Moscow City Court upheld a district court’s decision by which the redundancies made by the bank were declared legal.
