In 2025 the Rossiyskaya Gazeta conducted its third in succession large-scale research of the legal services market in Russia and on December 4, 2025 published results of the Rating of Lawyers and Law Firms.
The grouping principle remains unchanged: Group 1— The most “top-rated” specialists in respective practice areas, Group 2 — Excellent specialists deserving by all means of being recommended, Group 3 — Very good specialists.

Also in 2025 a special nomination “Legal Services Marketing/PR” was announced for the first time. It is intended to award a citation to partners and legal services marketing managers for their achievements in the sphere of promotion of professional services.
Tatiana Petukhova, Head Marketing, PR & BD Manager of Andrey Gorodissky & Partners Law Firm was mentioned in Group 2 in this area.
The Rossiyskaya Gazeta, being an official periodical of the Government of Russia and also a publisher of national laws, uses its expertise accumulated over years of its activities in this sphere for making of the national rating of legal services.
The number of practices with respect to which the rating is made constantly increases. In 2023 the research covered 16 branches of law and included 2 special nominations, in 2024 – 18 branches of law and 2 special nominations, and in 2025 – 19 branches of law and 3 special nominations.
The number of applications has increased by 60 percent as compared with the year 2024 with 20-percent sifting out. All together, more than 3.5 thousand applications for the participation in the rating were filed in 22 nominations.
